Janice Honeycutt's career has consisted of solid accomplishments in organizational change, process improvement, development and team effectiveness. She worked as the regional operations director for Blood Systems in the NM and 4 Corners area. As a leader of leaders, Janice ran leadership programs in Albuquerque and created the leadership development program for businesses in Central TX. Most recently as a consultant, Janice has served as interim executive for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, NM Foundation for Open Government implementing processes and policies to help those organizations poise to take the next steps for success. As an expert in teambuilding, organizational learning and certified professional in Appreciative Inquiry, Janice is in demand as a coach, facilitator and process implementer. In addition to those listed above, her recent clients include the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce, and KAFB Family Member Programs. She is the creator of the game “State of Chaos” which focuses on overcoming communication barriers for team success. Janice earned her BBA from the Robert O. Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico and her MA in Organizational Learning and Instructional Technology from the College of Education at the University of New Mexico. In her spare time, Janice serves on various boards and committees in the community and at her church. She and her husband, Jim, live in Albuquerque, NM and enjoy traveling and spending time with their 4 children and 4 dogs. The diverse background of industries and issues has prepared Janice to bring a unique and inquisitive approach to a broad range of businesses. She is Chair of several groups in Albuquerque.
